Our Goal
ProFix Appliance Repair Charlotte wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we keep working to improve the site for every visitor.
What We Do
- Use semantic HTML and clear labels that screen readers can announce
- Choose text and button colors with enough contrast to read easily
- Make menus, forms and links usable with a keyboard alone
- Add descriptive alternative text to meaningful images
- Build layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, desktops and browser zoom
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. We review the site and fix problems as we find them. Some third-party tools or older pages may not yet meet our goal, and we are working on them.
