Why is only one zone of my Thor wine cooler warm?

Each zone relies on its own sensor and air circulation, so a failed fan or sensor in that zone is the usual cause. Check that bottles are not blocking the vent at the back of the zone. If it stays warm, the fan and sensor need testing.

Can you repair a built-in wine fridge without removing the cabinetry?

Usually, yes. Built-in units are designed to slide out of their opening, and we pull them forward to reach the rear panel. If trim or a custom panel blocks removal, we discuss that before starting.
