Why is only one zone of my Thor wine cooler warm?

Each zone relies on its own sensor and air circulation, so a failed fan or sensor in that zone is the usual cause. Check that bottles are not blocking the vent at the back of the zone. If it stays warm, the fan and sensor need testing.

My thermoelectric wine cooler in a NoDa kitchen will not stay cool in summer. Is it broken?

Thermoelectric coolers can only cool a limited amount below room temperature, so a hot kitchen can overwhelm them. A failing fan makes it worse. We can test the fan and module and tell you whether a compressor model would suit the space better.
