Why is my Turbo Air prep table rail warm when the cabinet is cold?

The rail depends on cold air rising from the cabinet, so a worn lid gasket, an open lid or blocked air passages starve it first. Pans filled above the rail line also warm quickly. We check the lid seal, airflow and fan operation.
