Can a DCS range be repaired if it's been discontinued?

Often, yes. Many igniters, electrodes, sensors and elements are still available through the Fisher & Paykel service channel. Some control boards for older models may be harder to find, and we check before quoting.

After a storm, our Indian Trail range shows an error and the oven will not heat. Is the board fried?

Possibly, but not always. Reset the breaker once and see whether the error clears. If it returns, we test the control board, relays and sensor to confirm what failed before recommending a part.

Will pulling out our slide-in range damage the floor in our Stallings kitchen?

We slide ranges out with care and protect the floor while we work. If the range is anchored to the wall with an anti-tip bracket, we reconnect it when the repair is done. Let us know about any floor concerns when you book.

Slide-In and Freestanding Ranges in Newer Kitchens
