My JennAir oven runs about 25 degrees off. Is that a repair?

Not always. Many JennAir ovens let you adjust the temperature offset in the settings menu, which fixes small, consistent errors. If the offset keeps changing or the oven swings widely during a bake, the sensor or control likely needs testing.

Can you service a double wall oven in a Fort Mill kitchen without damaging the cabinets?

That design puts two convection fans and heating elements at the back to move air top to bottom, which is good for multi-rack baking but adds fans, motors and elements to the list of things that can fail. Wall ovens and touch controls in newer kitchens
