That pattern usually points to frost blocking the evaporator or a stalled fan, so cold air never reaches the fresh-food section. A defrost component has typically failed. We confirm it by inspecting the evaporator and testing the defrost circuit before replacing anything.

Our Polkton fridge is warm. How soon can someone come out?
