My Thor freezer is cold but the fridge side is warm. Why?

Cold air reaches the fresh-food side from the freezer evaporator, so a frosted-over coil or a stopped evaporator fan starves the fridge first. That usually points to a defrost or fan fault rather than the compressor. Unplugging the unit for a day can melt the frost temporarily, but the failed part still needs replacing.

Our Polkton fridge is warm. How soon can someone come out?

Polkton is the farthest east we travel, so the visit may fall on a route day rather than the same day you call. We give you the earliest real opening when you book. Keep the doors closed and move perishables to a cooler with ice in the meantime.

The water dispenser on our Peachland refrigerator barely flows. Is that the well?
