Why is the top of my Atosa prep table warm while the cabinet below is cold?

The rail depends on cold air moving up from the cabinet, so a blocked evaporator fan, an open lid or a worn lid gasket starves it first. Overfilled pans that sit above the rail line also warm quickly. We check airflow and the lid seal before looking at refrigeration.

Our Indian Land house came with a builder refrigerator from years ago. Is it worth fixing?
