They pair a gas or induction cooktop with electric ovens that heat on demand, often including a conventional oven, a fan oven, a broiler and sometimes a slow-cook or warming oven. They are popular with owners who love the AGA look but do not want a cooker that runs all day.

Pro-Style Ranges on the Lake

A professional-style range in a Lake Norman kitchen may carry six burners, a griddle and one or two ovens.
