Follow the cleaning procedure in the manual, which covers removing and cleaning the probe with an approved solution. Turn the machine off first and handle the probe gently, since bending it changes the cube thickness. If cubes are still wrong afterward, the probe gap or the control may need checking.

The ice maker water line in my East Charlotte ranch comes from the crawl space. Could that be the problem?
