Electric Ovens in Towers, Gas in the Townhomes

Many tower apartments have electric kitchens, so the oven is usually part of an electric range or a wall oven heated by bake and broil elements. When one element burns out, the oven heats slowly or only from one direction; when a temperature sensor drifts, baking times stop matching the recipe.
