Is LG EasyClean supposed to remove all the grease?

No. EasyClean is a short, lower-temperature cycle meant for light soil, and heavier buildup needs scrubbing or a full self-clean on models that have one. Residue after EasyClean is not usually a fault. If the oven heats poorly during cleaning or normal baking, that is worth checking.

My Uptown condo oven bakes unevenly. Is it the element or the sensor?
