Why is there standing water in the bottom of my Thor dishwasher?

Usually the filter is packed with debris or something has jammed the drain pump. Clean the filter first and check that the drain hose and disposal connection are clear. If water still sits after a cycle, the pump needs testing.

Iron, sediment and spray arms

On private wells around Lancaster, sediment and iron clog the dishwasher's inlet valve screen and build up inside the spray arms.
