The core temperature has likely dropped, often because of a drifting thermostat or a burner or element that needs attention. Check the oven temperature with a thermometer after a period of rest. We can test the heat source and thermostat.

My double wall oven's lower cavity won't heat but the top works. What does that mean?

Each cavity has its own elements and sensor, so a failure in one usually points to a burned-out bake element, a bad sensor or a relay on the control board for that oven. We test those parts individually. It is typically repairable without touching the upper oven.

Wall Ovens, Self-Clean and Surge Damage
