Make sure the door is fully closed, since the door switch stops the fan when the door is open. If the fan still does not run, the switch, the motor or the control may have failed. We test each to find the cause.

Each cavity has its own elements and sensor, so a failure in one usually points to a burned-out bake element, a bad sensor or a relay on the control board for that oven. We test those parts individually. It is typically repairable without touching the upper oven.
