Why is the top zone of my Dacor wine column warmer than I set it?

Zones depend on fans and dampers moving air evenly, and a weak fan or a blocked vent lets one zone drift. A sensor reading wrong can also cause it. We confirm with independent thermometers before deciding which part is responsible.

My under-counter wine cooler in a SouthPark kitchen runs all the time. Why?

Check whether it is designed for built-in use. A freestanding model vents from the back and overheats in a cabinet opening. If it is a built-in model, a clogged front grille, a failed condenser fan or a door seal problem is more likely, and we can test each one.
