My Thor wall oven display works but it will not heat. What is wrong?

A partly tripped double-pole breaker, a failed element or a control board relay that no longer closes are the usual suspects. Reset the breaker fully first. If it still will not heat, we test the elements and the board output to pinpoint which part failed.

Our oven in Stallings locked after self-clean and will not open. What should we do?

Let it cool completely for a few hours, then try cancelling the cycle. If it is still locked, turn off the breaker for a minute and restore power. A lock that stays engaged after that usually points to a failed latch motor, switch or control, which we can test.

When the Builder-Installed Oven Starts Acting Up
