Why will my JennAir microwave drawer not open?

First check that the control lock is not on and nothing is caught in the track. If the drawer still will not move, the drive motor, its gears or a position sensor may have failed. These parts can be replaced without swapping the whole drawer.

When a microwave repair makes sense out here
